Icklesham Parish Council Complaints Procedure

All members of the Council and the paid officers strive to do their very best at all times.  However if you feel that something hasn’t been dealt with as well as it could have been we would like to hear from you. You can contact the Clerk (using the details below) or any of the Councillors.  We will do our best to put things right.  Or you can make a complaint to the Clerk.  The Clerk and RFO, and where appropriate in consultation with the Chairman, will take the relevant action.
