Adult Exercise Equipment
Icklesham Parish Council have now installed two arm and pedal bikes at Icklesham Recreation Ground, Harbour Field in Winchelsea Beach and Coronation Field in Rye Harbour.
The Council feel that this is a very important project, particularly after the Covid pandemic where people were encouraged to take part in daily exercise outside. We have all learnt how important it is to look after ourselves and do what we can to improve our health and fitness.
We can’t wait to see residents using these bikes!
The bikes will also be installed in Winchelsea however we are currently in the process of obtaining the necessary consents.
