Tea Beside the Orchard, Icklesham

Date: Tuesday 10th October

Time: 40-minute appointments available from 10am – 2.20pm

Health Check includes Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, BMI, Cholesterol, Diabetes Assessment

(if eligible) and Healthy Eating/ Lifestyle advice based on the results.

Eligibility criteria:

Age 40-74

Without pre-existing heart/kidney conditions or diabetes; NOT on blood pressure/cholesterol medications; NOT previously suffered a Heart Attack or Stroke

Be a resident of East Sussex (excluding Brighton & Hove) & not had an NHS Health Check in the last 5 years
