Traffic Calming Options Vote Results

The Parish Council received 294 valid votes in total. These are broken down as follows:-

Option 1 (Full Closure of Strand Hill) – 180 votes (61%)
Option 2 (One Way up Strand Hill) – 12 votes (4%)
Option 3 (No Change/ do nothing) – 102 votes (35%)

The Clerk will send the results of the votes to East Sussex Highways for their view on possible next steps in the hope of receiving a response from them for Council to consider at the next Full Council meeting on 11th September.
